I had been having severe radiating sciatic nerve pain in my left leg from a lumbar disk herniation pressing on my nerve root. I was taking pain medication for the nerve pain. I had pain all the way into my leg and down into my foot and was looking into surgical options for pain reduction. Thankfully a co-worker referred me to Dr. Hasty.
In about 7 weeks I feel I have improved 40-50%! I have been able to greatly reduce the amount of pain medication I take. I am almost off of the medication completely. I only take a small dosage at night now! I had been taking it 3 times a day when I first began care with Dr. Hasty. I still have some pain, but the frequency and severity have decreased greatly! I am so glad I did not pursue surgery!
I am now able to enjoy my evenings at home with less pain, even after a long day on my feet. I no longer have nagging pain down my left leg or into my foot. I am more fully able to perform my job with less fear of injury.
