About two years ago, I had shoulder pain and a stiff, painful neck, which restricted the range of motion of my head, which had begun to affect my ability to do everyday activities. I also had low back pain when I would stand too long or lift things. My energy level was very low. I seemed to catch colds very easily. These are the main reasons that I sought chiropractic treatment.
Since finding American Family Wellness and starting treatment with Dr. Hasty and his staff, I have been doing much better. I enjoy life much more and get more yard work done. My stiff neck is much, much better and I have full range of motion back. My shoulders are not stiff and painful any more. I still have some low back pain when I stand too long or lift heavy objects, but the pain is so much less that I will continue to see Dr. Hasty. My energy level has improved so much that I feel 10 years younger. I feel like getting out and doing things again. I have had only one bad cold in the last year or so. I would recommend Dr. Hasty and his staff to anyone who has back pain that is affecting their daily lives.
I will continue to see Dr. Hasty on a regular schedule for the rest of my life!
